- Booking Confirmation
Booking Confirmation must be given to the hotel at check-in. Failure to produce the confirmation at check-in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation. The confirmation clearly states what is covered in the rate quoted and additional charges incurred at the hotel will be at your expense. Cancellation of a booking will immediately invalidate the confirmation.
- Free one way pick up at the airport
If you book at least 3 nights Deluxe or Suite room at hotel, you will be picked up at airport for free of charge.
- No additional charge
For children under 12 years old when sharing room with parents ( no extra bed)
- Method of Payment
Cash (VND and USD), Credit card (Visa card, Master card, JCB card, Amex card, Diners Club), Bank Transfer
- Ideal time for:
- Check in: 12:30 pm
- Check out: before 12:00 am
- Early Check in or Late Check Out
- Early Check in: half charge
- Late check out: before 6 pm: half charge of your room rate; after 6 pm: full charge of your room rate
