Mai Chau is located in Hoa Binh Province, approximately 135km from Hanoi and 60km from Hoa Binh Town. From the top of Cun Mountain, one can admire the superb panorama of Mai Chau surrounded by a green valley and houses-on-stilts. Many minorities, including the Thai ethnic group, live in Mai Chau. Thai people live in houses-on-stilts, which are quite large with palm leaf roofs and polished bamboo-slat floors. We have time for a walk through villages to discover the local people life as well as to learn the making of the colorful tho cam, the material used by Thai minority to make their clothes. Having lunch with a family. Drive back to Hanoi.

8.00 leave for the tour. Arrive MaiChau. Lunch at Lac village.

Cycling to Poom Cọng, Nà Phọn village.

15.30 back to Hanoi. Stop over at Vanphuc village.

19.30 arrive Hanoi. Tour end.
