The staff are amazing, they took great care of us, always a smile on their face and extremely helpful.
Even when we checked out they were of great service and treated us like family.

We had a great time at Hanoi Mike's Hotel in December 2009. All staff were very helpful, friendly, honest and worked hard to take care of us. Thank you for a lovely four days. The Halong Bay tour which was organised by Ms Lee was fantastic. (Opera Cruise). Hopefully we will stay again sometime in the future. Happy New Year! |

Everyone in Mike's hotel has been so nice with us. We enjoy the room particularly internet, so fast. They gave me great room service (you take the luggage to the room 303). We made Halong Bay expedition and it was fantastic. Thank for helping us.

The hotel staff is excellent. They were all very helpful everyday and help us with all tour packages and flight booking to Sai gon. ALl are perfect. Everyone is so friendly.Room is very clean and full of hot water. About breakfast, how I have to say now, the food is great. And definitely I will come back and recommend this hotel to everyone. |

Hotels when booked on the internet can be a bit hit and miss. So after a long overland trip a nice clean hotel is even more important. Mike's Hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, the staff couln't be more friendly and the tour and transfer bookings where terrific. Best of all the central position allows walking to all the interesting sights in Hanoi. Thank you to all the great staff at Mike's.

“Mike's Hotel: very familiar and convenient”
My wife and I stayed at Mike's hotel and felt very confortable at all times. This is because the staff are so nice and extremely helpful and I did not have the feeling that they were after tips like in other places. They made us feel like part of the family.The room was big and clean (it was a suit) and had a computer with wifi. On the 4th floor we did not hear noise at all.
The location is great since it is in the Old Quarter, full of little shops and markets. The tours they offer are good and at reasonable prices. In short, if I come to Hanoi again I will definetly stay at Mike's hotel.

If I ever go back to Hanoi, I will make sure I go to Mikes hotel. The rooms are volymous and clean, fresh and with a great balcony overlooking the old quarter. In the middle of the greatest Vietnamese atmosphere, the kindness of the staff is excellent!
I would recommend Mikes hotel for anyone, no matter what age you are. The kindness and helpfullness of everyone at Mikes hotel has redefined my view on service, this is just more than excellent!

I stayed 3 nights at the Mikes Hotel and feel there's no better deal in Hanoi. It's located in the Old Quarter. You step out the front door and into the panorama of everyday life as lived on the streets. The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful in making arrangements for tours, massages, water puppet shows, etc. The hotel itself is small but the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is included and consists of several choices. The rate per night of $40 for the value received is, in my opinion, impossible to beat. A great experience |

The room was lovely and the breakfast excellent.The rooms are enormous and they provided a cot free of charge. The bathroom is very large and marble with great amenities. We used the hotel babysitting service one night and the lady speaks english so well, she was great. Our room was on the 1st floor, and down the hall from the pool area which was great. The hotel staff were lovely. |

I thought we were gonna get some hotel issue again during our stay in Hanoi in for the first time, but Mike's Hotel really wiped it away all the image about a budget hotel from my mind. The room is huge with 2 really big beds, everything worked out just fine for us. The staffs are really friendly and helpful during our 3 nites stay there. I can't find a better place for staying in Hanoi and I'm glad I found this hotel. If we ever come to Hanoi again, Mike's Hotel is definitely on top of my priority to spend the nites there. Thanks Guys for such lovely service ! |
